Dr. Nilesh Roy is a seasoned Cybersecurity
TechLeader and Regulatory IT Advisor with over 28 years of prolific
experience across diverse industries and global landscapes. Transitioning
from an IT Engineer in 1996, an Infrastructure Architect (planning and
right-sizing Large Data Centres for BFSI in 2006), to a visionary in CyberSecurity
& Regulatory IT Compliance, his entrepreneurial spirit and proactive
demeanour have propelled him to spearhead groundbreaking initiatives in
digitization and cybersecurity.
With a rich background encompassing strategic leadership roles at Big4
consulting firms, his expertise spans strategic planning, technology
management, and global operations. Dr. Roy's illustrious career includes
serving as Director of Customer Success at Sequretek (Sequretek is a global
cybersecurity company that provides AI-powered, cloud-native, simple-to-use
solutions with comprehensive visibility and threat management in a single
console). Earlier to this he has served as Advisor to the Board at AmbiSure
Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he had orchestrated company-wide initiatives
for long-term success. Prior to that Dr. Nilesh had served as Vice President
of Technology at SM Networks & Solutions Pvt. Ltd, where he was
responsible for Post Sales Implementation & Technical Support, enjoying
the challenge of solving complex problems as well as the sense of
accomplishment that comes with finding a solution streamlined InfoSec and IT
Operations. Prior to this he has worked as a CISO & Vice President - IT
Operations with a FinTech Unicorn.
